occurs mainly on the groin area and also the thighs. This kind of infection is
more common among men. Main symptoms include an itchy and red rash which is
scaly or flaky occurring in the groin area or the inner part of the thighs.
· Tinea versicolor- This fungal infection causes
small itchy, red and flaky patches on the skin that can occur on the chest,
back and the upper arms.
Treatment
As far as treating these skin fungal infections are
concerned, you can use the over the counter drugs or antifungal creams to treat
them. Most of these infections have no serious consequence and heals
eventually. If the condition persists or worsens then you should see a doctor
as soon as possible. Today you have a lot of skin antifungal creams, powders,
shampoos etc., in the market. Even you can use the lips infection cream if you get fungal infections on your lips.
